Healthy Eating: A Nutrition Education Workshop for Managing Diabetes and for Reducing Your Risk. Benewah Community Hospital is sponsoring a free 4-week workshop on managing diabetes through healthy eating and lifestyle changes. The workshop will take place at the Federal Building Conference Room (222 S. 7th Street). Who should sign up? People with Diabetes, family members with diabetes, and those interested in learning more about the disease. Snacks will be provided at each class, but feel free to bring a sack lunch.
