Benewah Community Hospital’s Oncology Nurse is available to provide the finest possible, outpatient chemotherapy care available.
The first chemotherapy treatment is usually given in the oncologist’s office so the physician is there to monitor the patient’s response to the drugs used. If the patient experiences no untoward reactions, follow up treatments can then be administered through Benewah Community Hospital, Monday through Friday. Appointments are required.
