The Diagnostic Imaging department of Benewah Community Hospital is capable of completing all but the most sophisticated procedures for routine and emergency imaging needs and includes:
- General Diagnostic Imaging
- Fluoroscopy
- Ultrasound - Provides all general and obstetrical ultrasound studies
- Mobile MRI - Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- CAT Scan - Computerized Axial Tomography
In addition, the availability of state-of-the-art Ultrasound, Bone Densitometry and Breast Mammography equipment allow us to fully address the needs of our female patients. The Mammography program has achieved certification by the American College of Radiology.
