| Family Practice physicians are trained to prevent, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of ailments in patients of all ages. They have received a broad range of training that includes surgery, psychiatry, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and geriatrics. They place special emphasis on care of families on a continuing basis, utilizing consultations and community resources when appropriate. They are able to apply modern techniques to prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of the vast majority of common illnesses and injuries. |

| Dr. Woodall received a Bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University and then attended University of Texas Medical School where he received his MD.

| Dr. Woodall’s medical areas of interest are OB (C-Sections) and Adolescent Medicine. He provides a full spectrum of medical care, including from newborn to nursing home.
|
| He was born and raised in a small town in rural east Texas, living most of his young life on a cattle ranch. Dr. Woodall has always worked in rural medicine, even in the South Pacific and remote areas of Australia and New Zealand.

| He and his wife Dale (also an MD) have twin daughters, Sarah and Elizabeth, 11. They share an interest of travel and riding (both bicycles and horseback). Dr. Woodall also enjoys writing.
