POSITION: Clinic Office Coordinator (Primary Contact)

Job Summary:
Administrative support to the Rural Health Clinic (RHC) under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Benewah Community Hospital (BCH). Collaborates with all service areas of the hospital including the providers to meet the needs of the community while upholding the mission of the hospital. Provides administrative guidance and is expected to function with initiative while coordinating efforts with reception, provider support staff, and providers. Will assist with the development, interpretation and application of clinic policies, budgets and long-range plans. Responsible for improving quality assurance in the clinics consistent with organizational policies and procedures. Actively participates in the marketing of current services and development of new services, recruitment, and credentialing of potential candidates.

Education and/or Experience:
This position must be able to communicate effectively; be able to organize, coordinate and direct others; be able to handle difficult situations in a calm, clear manner while taking directive from hospital Administration.
