Grow Your Own Scholarship
This scholarship program was formed by the employees of the hospital in 2007 to help high school students, community members and/or employees who are interested in a profession in the medical field!
The Linda Clark Work of Heart Scholarship
This is a CNA to RN – or LPN to RN Tuition scholarship and stipend program –This opportunity will allow a CNA or LPN from within our rural community to go to school and work toward their RN degree while working part-time at BCH. If accepted into this program, BCH not only pays for your college tuition, but we also provide a monthly stipend for living expenses while in school.
This scholarship is not currently open. Stay tuned for future scholarship announcement.
Medical Assistant Apprenticeship
BCH has partnered with North Idaho College (NIC’s) Workforce Training Center in this accelerated program. This 8.5-month program teaches direct patient care and clinical and administrative skills necessary for this high-demand career. To participate, you must be or become employed at BCH and have with an assigned Clinical Preceptor who is either an RN, LPN, or experienced Medical Assistant.
