POSITION: Clinic/Marketing Assistant

POSITION TO BE FILLED: As soon as possible

JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinic/Marketing Assistant provides administrative and creative support to the clinic team and marketing. Helps to plan, create and execute marketing advertisements/campaigns. Key duties include creating marketing materials, managing social media, and assisting in clinic reception and clinic administrative tasks.

  • Clinic Duties
    • Reception Duties
      • Works in Clinic Reception as needed, providing exceptional customer service
    • Assist in Clinical Reporting
      • Patient no-shows (contact patient to reschedule)
      • Monthly visit report for chart review log
      • Patients seen per day
    • Input provider schedule templates in EHR as needed
    • Work-through assigned dynamic worklists (i.e. patients due for wellnesses, diabetic checks, mammograms, etc.).
    • Complete minutes for clinic staff meetings
    • Ensure all exam rooms have current information posted on bulletin boards
    • Once published, ensure staff have printed copies of any new forms
    • Ensure Reception binders are maintained with current documentation

 

  • Marketing Duties
    • Create the following under the direction of the Clinic Manager:

(working with department managers to obtain content/photos for the following)

      • Facility wide Flyers (to include public elevators)
      • Social Media Flyers
        • Schedule Posts on Social Media
      • Video Marketing
      • Newspaper Ads
      • Website updates
    • Create the following under the direction of Human Resources:
      • Job Posting Flyers
    • Attend community PR events on behalf of BCH (with other applicable staff)
